Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and vendor staff
- Manage society accounts, maintenance fee collection, and budgeting
- Handle resident complaints and ensure smooth communication
- Maintain society documents, records, and compliance with statutory laws
- Coordinate repairs, AMC contracts, and infrastructure upkeep
- Organize society meetings (AGMs/EGMs) and assist the managing committee
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any Graduate, Must have experience in handling Residential or Commercial Property
