Project Manager

Role Overview

Own project delivery end-to-end, ensuring execution excellence across timelines, cost, quality, and stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Ownership, Quality Assurance, and Delivery:

• Take full ownership of project execution from design to handover.

• Develop and drive execution plans, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Ensure strict adherence to design, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks to maintain project momentum.

• Track progress against timelines, budgets, and approvals.

• Monitor project costs and ensure delivery within approved budgets.

Contractor / Consultant / Vendor / Cross-Functional Coordination:

• Evaluate and onboard contractors, consultants, and vendors.

• Ensure timely contracting and execution of agreements.

• Validate billing and ensure timely payments.

• Work closely with internal teams including Design, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and Sales.

• Establish clear communication and reporting frameworks across stakeholders.

• Review and finalize material plans with PMCs.

• Ensure timely procurement aligned with execution schedules.

• Coordinate technical approvals where required.

MIS & Reporting:

• Deliver concise, data-driven project reports to leadership.

• Highlight risks, delays, and cost deviations with clear mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• 5–10 years of experience in on-site project management

• Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills

• Solid understanding of real estate project lifecycle

• Expertise in project planning and construction management

• Knowledge of modern construction practices and materials
