Civil Engineer

Role Overview:

Drive end-to-end site execution with a strong focus on timelines, cost efficiency, quality, and safety across large-scale real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Project & Operational Management:

• Lead day-to-day site construction activities and execute with strict adherence to timelines.

• Ensure all civil, finishing, and MEP works align with approved drawings and specifications.

• Act as the on-site lead coordinating across architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

• Plan construction sequencing and optimize work fronts with contractors and PMCs.

• Proactively identify and resolve design and execution challenges through close coordination with design teams and consultants.

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and milestones to leadership.

Financial & Cost Management:

• Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure financial discipline across the project lifecycle.

• Validate contractor bills, measurements, and certifications with accuracy.

• Align procurement plans with project timelines and cost targets.

• Ensure timely payments in coordination with Finance.

Quality, Safety & Compliance:

• Enforce robust QA/QC systems across all stages of construction.

• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulations, and internal SOPs.

• Conduct regular audits to minimize quality and safety risks.

• Champion a strong safety-first and quality-driven culture on site.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Strong experience in real estate / large-scale construction projects

• Proven track record in executing high-value residential or mixed-use developments

• Experience managing multiple contractors and on-site teams

• Awareness of modern construction technologies and materials
